Terms of Service
Effective 2025, these Terms govern use of services offered by ExecSkill Boost at execskillboost.click. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
“Services” include executive coaching sessions, leadership workshops, and related evaluations. All scheduling is subject to availability. Full payment is due prior to commencement. Sessions may be rescheduled if a request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Unused sessions may be deferred once, subject to availability. No credits are offered for unattended sessions.
2. Digital Products
“Digital Products” include online courses, e-guides, and recorded seminars. Access is granted upon completion of purchase. Digital Products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed. Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Access logs will be reviewed to confirm eligibility.
3. Physical Products
“Physical Products” include branded workbooks, training materials, and related items. Orders are processed within five business days. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a Physical Product arrives damaged, notify us within seven days of receipt. Requests for a refund or replacement must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
We aim to ensure satisfaction for every category. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4.1 Services
Requests for a refund of Services must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. Refund requests made less than 72 hours prior are not eligible. Approved refunds will be reimbursed in the original payment instrument.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital Products are eligible for cancellation within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the content has been accessed. Approved cancellations will be reimbursed in full.
4.3 Physical Products
Physical Products qualify for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment instrument.
5. No Outcome Guarantee
ExecSkill Boost provides tools and guidance. Specific improvements or results are not guaranteed and vary by individual effort and circumstance.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
